During the restoration of Ibis we collaborated with the Unlocked Youth programme at Fotonow CIC to curate and present the story of Ibis and Lynher CIC. The presentation was then displayed in banners and toured 10 primary schools in the Devon and Cornwall area. Chef Matt Corner of Fair Table CIC  presented the story to the children and also introduce them to fresh, local fish and how to cook it, bringing Ibis heritage alive to a new audience!
