About the producer: Soresa is a farming association in Trás-os-Montes, farming more than 70 hectares. They produce chestnuts, almonds, olive oil, goji berries and honey. Their land lies between the Terra Fria (Cold Land) and Terra Quente (Hot Land), which they credit for the quality of their produce.
