No previous experience required means anyone can join in—whether you’re an experienced sailor or just someone who has always felt the call of the sea. It is so rewarding to learn as you go, working together to navigate and embrace this peaceful, natural way of life.
This is also a fantastic opportunity for trainee sailors. A voyage like this, with the chance to cover 200 nautical miles, is the perfect way to gain real, hands-on experience. There’s nothing like learning on the open sea, especially with the guidance of experienced instructors to help build confidence and improve skills along the way.
The journey to Roscoff and back, including the night sailing, will be invaluable for building practical knowledge. Navigating through the night, reading the stars, adjusting to changing winds, and maintaining a steady course—all of that will push your skills to the next level.
