Altitude: Grown between 700m and 1200m in the highlands, offering an dieal climate for high-quality coffee cultivation. Producer: Cooagronevada cooperative.
Roaster: Cafe' Pascal, la Rochelle
Variety: 100% Arabica
Aromas: Woody and floral with hints of honey.
Flavour: Smooth and aromatic, with a light bitterness tht perfectly balances the floral notes.
Finish: Subtle and lingering , leaving a delicate sensation on the palate.
Special Feature: This coffee stands out for its roundness and the harmony between complex flavours and a pleasant sweetness.
We roast the beans on site at our food lab in Cremyll, Mount Edgcumbe.
Voyage: The green washed beans were transported under sail with the schooner IDE MIN, summer 2024. They were then collected in Roscoff by Ibis from or partner Comptoir D'Eole in the summer 2025.
