About the event
Wooden hulls, tall spars and billowing canvas fill Mounts Bay, turning Mousehole into a living maritime painting. Sea Salts and Sail is a vibrant celebration of the village’s fishing heritage, recreating the sights, sounds and spirit of a bygone era.
Ibis will set sail form Plymouth cruising along the Cornish coastline, sailing past the magical Lizard Peninsula to reach inside the vast expanse of Mount's Bay, enjoying views of St.Michael's Mount and Marazion. From there Ibis will rendez-vous with other luggers to sail in company towards Mousehole.
You can either sail with us from Plymouth and return to Plymouth or just join for the festival weekend. This event is particularly suited for team work and family friendly fun , you can read more about it below.

Period 30th June to 7th July. Full residential cruise starting in Plymouth sailing to Mousehole, take part in the festival and sail back to Plymouth.
